PRET A DINER

Lets get one thing straight Pret A Diner is not a pop-up restaurant it is a dining experience or so it says on the website. The dining experience has been set up to prove that Italians Do It Better with Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Locatelli creating a menu to showcase the best of Italian cuisine complimented by drinks and entertainment set to knock your socks off!

The event is to be held at 50 St James street and will be the last ever event hosted at this beautiful Grade II listed building before it closes for a face-lift. Drinks come from the team behind 69 Colebrooke Row, so there is little doubt the cocktails too will be pretty special!

Book online but be quick this will sell out. We're off to the opening tonight - stay tuned tomorrow to find out if Italians really do, do it better!

9th May - 30th June
50 St James's Street, Mayfair, SW1A

  1. Had dinner at Pret a diner last night. Absolutely the worst meal I've had in London...ever. I've lived here for 16 years and have not experienced anything so bad in terms of food and service. Disgraceful.

  2. Just back from their. pret-a manger is better. The food is terrible and clearly aimed at generating the most GP

  3. I had dinner at the Pret-a-Dinner pop-up restaurant yesterday. I spent £117 in total with drinks and the food simply not good. The tuna pasta is the same that I cook when I have nothing left but a can of tuna in my cupboard. The rest was basic plane food lamb, a dry tuna burger and some weird gnocchi with mushy pees. Not only was I disappointed and felt bad to give so much money but I am now sick in the stomach. In other word do not go next time!!!
